Review: The location next to JR Chitose Station makes getting to the airport a breeze, and the free coffee in the lounge was a nice perk. I found the option to select pillows really thoughtful, ensuring a good night's sleep. the breakfast menu felt quite limited. Still, overall a good value! , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-03-15}

Recently renovated hotel, the stay was fairly nice, magnificent location to Rera outlet. All the staff was incredibly polite and very amiable, resolved my issues. The free parking was outside, great service. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost.

I recently had a business trip where my director selected Jr Inn Chitose as our accommodation, and I must say, it was a great choice! The hotel is brilliantly situated right next to Chitose JR Station, making it easy to access. I appreciated the variety of recreational opportunities available, including an inviting indoor hot bath on Level 2, which was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The cleanliness of the room stood out; though compact, it was well-equipped and meticulously maintained. I also enjoyed the convenience of choosing my pillow type from a display in the lobby, which added an extra layer of comfort to my stay. With two 7-Elevens just outside the hotel, I found it easy to grab snacks and breakfast items to enjoy in my room.

I had a great stay! This hotel is super close to the train station, just a 3-minute walk, making it easy to explore Sapporo and nearby spots. The public bath on the second floor was a relaxing bonus, especially with a cozy lounge area for tea and coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, being near the airport makes it perfect for a quick getaway.
On the flip side, the breakfast selection could use some improvement; I found myself preferring nearby convenience stores instead. if you’re driving, parking can be a bit tight. a solid option for a short stay!

The location next to the train station made it super convenient for traveling. The public bath on the second floor was a lovely touch after a long day. I really appreciated the availability of a pillow menu at the lobby, which allowed me to choose a pillow type that suited my comfort. The communal lounge area was cozy, with a good selection of books and complimentary coffee. One issue I faced was that the room felt a bit cramped, and the breakfast options were not extensive, only a few meal sets available. It offered good value for the price.

We requested a non-smoking room, but it still reeked of smoke, probably from other floors. Plus, the room was uncomfortably cramped for two people, leaving barely any space for our luggage. Not ideal.

Convenient stay near the airport
The proximity to the train station made exploring Hokkaido easy. The lounge was warm and inviting, with endless coffee and cozy seating perfect.
The room felt a bit cramped with luggage, and the limited breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. It could have offered a bit more variety to start the day right.

modern hotel, beautiful lounge/library, nice spa/bath
The shower head is frustratingly tiny!!! The surroundings lack charm, feeling more like a stopover than a destination. A bigger food choice would definitely improve the experience!!!
